The BBG workouts are very straightforward in this area… Each workout includes four 7-minute circuits, for a total of 28 minutes.

That said, I just want to reiterate that the guides are yours to keep–you just have to make sure to download them and SAVE them to your personal device (I would also recommend opening a DropBox account to save them in the cloud, so they are there to access in case your computer crashes, etc). Something you should know about the BBG’s is that once you buy them you only have 48 hours to click the link and download them to your device, but with Alexa’s guides you have several dozen downloads and the link doesn’t expire for several months.
